Refund Policy

Digital content — immediate delivery. No 14-day withdrawal.

Under Art. 103.m) LGDCU (Spain), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment of losing that right.

Our products are downloadable files delivered immediately after payment. During checkout we ask you to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. Therefore, we do not accept refunds for change of mind once access or download has started.

Conformity (EU Digital Content)

If the file/link does not work, the content does not match what was advertised, or there is a delivery defect, contact us at support@example.com. We will meet our digital content conformity obligations (e.g., re-supply the link, correct the file, or the appropriate remedy under applicable law).
