2. Products & Access

We sell digital content (downloadable files). Access is delivered immediately after payment via secure link.

3. Prices & Taxes

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Stripe.

4. No 14-Day Withdrawal for Instant Digital Content

In accordance with Art. 103.m) LGDCU (Spain), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment of losing that right. During checkout you will be required to tick a consent box before payment.

5. Conformity & Support

If any file/link is defective or not as described, contact us and we will remedy in line with the EU Digital Content rules (e.g., re-supply, correct issues, or provide the appropriate remedy).

6. Acceptable Use & License

Content is licensed for personal/business use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes statutory rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts of the customer’s domicile for consumer matters.
